Complete the Digital Registration Forms*

Depending on your child's age, a few forms must be completed in advance:

  1. Registration Form

  2. Infant & Toddler Questionnaire - only required for children two and under.

Schedule a Tour

We can't wait to meet you! This is where we show you our school, introduce you to our teachers, and answer any questions you may have. Tours are required before acceptance. Want a sneak peek? Click here!

Submit the Registration Fee

The non-refundable Registration Fee of $150 must be submitted before we will process the registration forms. We accept cash or bank transfers. Banking information is listed on the registration form.

Submit Tuition

Once you receive approval for enrollment, please complete the following forms:

  1. Uniform Order Form

  2. Parent Information Forms
